We had a great experience with PM Pediatrics. Making an appointment on line was easy, and we were seen immediately. The office is clean and colorful and well-equipped. They were able to do a chest X-ray on site. The staff was friendly and Dr. Pepper was kind and knowledgeable. They even called the prescription in to our pharmacy. It is great to have an urgent care that is geared toward kids. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service,very convenient and quick visit and everyone very professional,thank you all your staff for your kindness from front desk to the back side the Medical assistant and Doctor who saw my daughter when she was not feeling well,thank you for all that you do taking care of all the patient's.

The Doctor wasn’t a great listener and seemed to want to take a hands off approach. My daughter was sent home with a routine that she’s already been adhering to and is still congested only now it is in her chest ears and nose. I asked a simple note be placed in the child’s record about the visit and even that was a fight.

Long wait time. 2 hours after the appointment time. If I knew I had to wait that long I wouldn’t schedule an appointment I can just walk in instead. Dr. Spent 3 minutes with the patient
