Long wait time. 2 hours after the appointment time. If I knew I had to wait that long I wouldn’t schedule an appointment I can just walk in instead. Dr. Spent 3 minutes with the patient

Nurses were terse and recommended giving a baby (under 1) ice cream and popsicles. Didn’t explain diagnosis. Even though I had an appt, I waited 30 min. First visit, not impressed
