My child fell severely ill with the flu and developed a severe cough as a result. Despite the late hour of 8 pm, we decided to visit the clinic without an appointment. However, unfortunately, they stopped accepting patients for the night. In our efforts to find an alternative, the nurse, who had heard my child’s cough, kindly allowed us to see the doctor. We were truly grateful for her compassionate gesture.
Please stop sending text messages constantly to leave a review after our visit. Sending it once is okay. 3 or 4 times is excessive. Here is my review, easy to make an appointment but even with that you are waiting for long periods of time because there is always only one nurse and one doctor. Expect to spend 1.5 plus hours even with appointment.
Overall a great experience in urgent care. The staff were friendly and worked us in as a walk-in visit. As a physician myself I appreciated Dr. Wald’s bedside manner. He took time to explain his differential diagnosis, examined my son with compassion, and discussed an algorithm for the tests he would order. The nurse who swabbed my son’s throat was also gentle, and even offered him a popsicle afterwards. It’s such a blessing for us to have a close-by urgent care service with high quality like this. And the online appointment is easy peasy, that is another plus. No long waiting line. We got to be seen as scheduled. The doctor and nurse are both professional and efficient. We really appreciate the help we received today.
This was my second time bringing my daughter to this pediatric urgent care, and both experiences have been great. Checking in online was super easy and made the process so smooth. We were seen quickly, which is such a relief when you have a sick little one. The doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt confident in the care we received and appreciated the thoughtful treatment plan. Highly recommend this urgent care for fast, compassionate, and professional service!
