Our daughter had been suffering with a high fever for several days after seeing her primary care doctor’s office on 2 separate occasions for the same issue in 4 days of relentless fevers and progressing into a bad cough. No medication was prescribed and ears nose and throat all checked “good” on both visits. Good morning, your staff did not do a good job concerning the fact that an X-ray was taken in the office and the Doctor said there was nothing broken or fracture with my son's right thumb, but later on after we left the office she calls me. Letting me know yes there is a fracture on his right thumb. I just don't understand how she did not see that on the X-ray.
Your front desk was short, unprofessional and was taking it upon herself to skip ppl and put them in the order she felt appropriate. When I realized after 50mins of waiting what she was doing, I asked her what was the point of making an appointment? I even told her I have used PM Pediatric plenty of times before and this was her wrong doing. Her main focus was on eating her food. The front desk receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned I didn't received a text to check in, she was rude and roll her eyes. When I asked what phone number was the text sent ? she replied you don't know what number you use? I asked to what phone number was the text sent? she said I can't see that and gave me a nasty attitude; replied what do you want me to do? You know this is a lie. Over 240 5 star reviews. Google they are at 4 stars. My biggest issue is timing. They say 40 minutes then you come back and they say oh we cant tell how long. So where the hell did you get 40 minutes the 1st time. Garbage service but when your stuck your stuck. If you have any other option take it.
