Have always had great experiences here. Today was an exception. Made an appointment as usual got there 10 minutes early and was not called in a room until an hour later ( appointment was for 12) we sat in the room for another 30 minutes before the nurse came in and took her temperature and it was 101.8. 15 minutes goes by and I walked out there and I had to ask them to give my granddaughter some ibuprofen or Tylenol because her fever was getting higher. 10 minutes later they came back in checked her temperature again, which ... read more

This office will not sustain. Cold bedside manner from the entire staff. Wasted $100 on this visit only to be directed to the emergency room. I could’ve used Teladoc for them to tell me to go to the ER. Guaranteed this will be my last visit and I’ll never recommend any friends or family to this establishment. I am a local guide and I’ve already posted a review so the it can reach the public. I was in there about 5 minutes to be told to get OTC medicine. My child had colitis diffuse.

Minimize wait time. We had an appointment at 12:15 and we’re not seen until 1:15.

I have taken my children to this urgent care a few times and my visit yesterday 12/20/2024 has had to have been the worst. The wait was not long maybe 15 minutes to be called back and the process to seeing the doctor took about 10 minutes. But by far that was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a pediatrician. I felt like as soon as he entered the room it was a problem we were even there. Being cold, flu, RSV season I didn’t want to risk anything and wanted to get my two sons checked out as they hadn’t been feeli... read more

Need earlier hours on the weekend. Registration is difficult. Everyone is not technically inclined. Doctor seemed he had somewhere else to be.
Scheduled an appointment, wait time was horrible. However, once called back it took the doctor no time to come in and see my son.
