At first I had difficulty explaining about my second prescription, and it expiring, but when I spoke with an agent and explained how I need the pills the next morning since I was leaving town for the weekend, she explained how she would expedite the request and the pills were delivered, prescription renewed, and before my departure. Very good service!
the delivery was fine and the response to my email was quick, my concern is I was not given proper information when I signed up. I was told it would be 100% coverage until Dec. I understand why it is not but was misinformed. I also requested that you do not contact my dr. when I signed up and later received an text saying you are contacting the dr. Please never contact my dr. unless I instruct you to do so. thank you.

Great customer service
I am happy with the communication keeping me informed about where my order is in the process & that when we ran into issues getting my medications transferred that the option to talk to a doctor was offered.
Once I signed up the website was very user friendly which I liked very much. The staff are awesome whether its a phone call or text message. They are very nice and helpful. And the delivery are fast and they notify you when they are delivering in your area so you can keep an eye out for them.

Not sure if it's a case of being lazy, but I should have switched to Pocket Pills a long time ago. I absolutely love it, pills are delivered to my door on time, it's so simple and great service and support.
I'm seriously in love with Pocket Pills for many different reasons. 1) they answer the phone right away when you call them 2) they talk to you nicely 3) they have better prices compared to other places 4) it's much better for my privacy, i can not believe Shoppers drug mart has no privacy, everyone in the whole store can hear what prescription you are getting and your whole life story, that's just unacceptable, 5) if you don't want to phone, you can use text or email 24/7 and they write you back very quickly 6) they deliver ... read more
