Disappointed about the packaging, based off of images on the website I thought I was receiving my medications in pill pouches not bottles. Was also a bit frustration with the fact I had to reach out and question why my order wasn’t shipped and learned it was apparently I had questions to answer but no one reached out to me. I was informed that contact was made but I did not receive any text messages. However, I was very impressed with how fast the shipping was.

Pros - Very convenient - Communication with the agents were easy . They responded fast - Received the medicine in 48 hrs Cons - Prescriptions are not upload in Newt Car of other provinces . So.my doctor could not see it. So I had to discontinue pocket pils
overall good experience. due to nature of product I would like to see tamper proof packaging. anyone can re package medication and would never know. safety is a huge concern. I will continue using once this is resolved.

I really enjoyed the personal contact from the pharmacist explaining the new medication I was taking and the warnings. However, I would have also like to have a transcript of the medication which is I consider a written copy of the uses of the dose and the side effects.

Easy, done over the phone in five minutes. Got a call back asking if I had questions...good communication regarding shipment, and came right on time to my locked mailbox. 5/5
Absolutely excellent service! Very attentive staff that kept me informed along the way and anticipating questions I might have. The whole process was quick and easy and delivery was very fast. Overall a much better experience than going to the pharmacy. This company is doing it right and putting the customer first. Great job PocketPills!
