The people who work there genuinely care. I think a lot of the techs were in recovery and it made it easier to relate to everyone there.

Very personable and intimate. Every staff member care about myself and every individual that attended. Best strength in my opinion is. They call every 30 days when you get out for 3 months, then once every 60 days and so on for about a year or a year and a half. I became very close with the staff. Now I have two years clean with the guidance and support of this facility. Gorgeous setting in the mountains and gorgeous caring souls. Downfall: In northern pa... Very cold in the winter. Aside from that. None at all. Fantastic du... read more

I spent over 60 days at PMRC, and this facility was a nightmare. Medications were constantly mismanaged — clients routinely ran out of essential prescriptions (including MAT) for days or even weeks, despite notifying staff well in advance. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the pharmacy, insurance, or even the clients. These are not medications you can just stop taking without serious health risks. On top of that, clients were often discharged suddenly for “insurance reasons” with no notice, no support, and nowher... read more

I personally attended both PMRC & their PHP program for a total of 12 weeks, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. During my entire stay, there were constant, unacceptable issues with medications not being ordered or refilled in a timely manner. Clients (myself included) regularly ran out of essential prescriptions for days, sometimes weeks, despite repeatedly informing staff days in advance. The excuses were endless — pharmacy’s fault, insurance’s fault, even the client’s fault — never accountabilit... read more

During my 70+ day's stay at PMRC 4 employees were fired, 3 for inappropriate relations with clients, and a 4th for getting high while on the clock. Place is absolutely disgustingly dirty with countless flies, rats, cockroaches, bugs, spiders, and on and on. The food the serve to the PHP clients is what they serve the PMRC residents but 3 days later. So whatever is served on Monday will be given to PHP on Wednesday. They’re billing you/insurance as they prepare health fresh food 3 times a day when that couldn’t be further fro... read more

The entire place is a joke, the staff is rude and they do not care about the people going in there for help. They also violate HIPAA laws by humiliating people and talking about clients personal business in front of every single person in there (staff and clients)
