Dr. Todd Adams was great. The staff was very helpful. Everything was first class except that the policy on orthotics is that 50% is due up front and the other 50% is due when I pick up the orthotics. My insurance would cover the orthotics but that didn’t make any difference. Anthem told me it is customary that the patient is billed for the residual after the insurance pays its portion. That is how all my other physicians deal with payments. I declined the orthotics and went elsewhere.
