Cordizone shot eliminated my severe pain along with Tylenol and ice packs as suggested . Foot is almost back to normal . I greatly appreciate being able to get an appointment the day I was in such awful nerve pain.

The dr I saw told me much more than dr Winters told me and I think I'm going to stick with him .

I am not a fan of the “pay today before you see the doctor” strategy. Frankly, it’s not a cost efficient way to run your practice. I prefer to trust customers will pay their bill after they get the EOB in the mail. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. Your way, I am over paying up front, then your billing person reviews the actual amount, then processes and mails me a refund check. I was late for my appointment and dr Vanderpool managed to still fit me into her schedule, which I was very thankful for so I didn’t have to reschedule.

Questions when you get into a room. Already on the computer is annoying and the paperwork is to when you just did it not to long ago.

So I went in today for a consultation with Dr Marra on artificial joint replacement in both big toes . Could barely walk so he gave me a cortisone shot in each toe . 12 hrs later pain has subsided enormously . Great bedside manner , easy to talk to , explained surgery procedure in detail . I'm at ease with operation in about a month and will keep this post updated .
