Doctor knowledgeable and caring
The good news is that the cortisone injection worked perfectly, the pain and discomfort was gone ... for several days. But it's back. The splint gives some relief at night. We need to talk about getting into that splint. The instructions clearly, are not working. The NeuRx isn't giving any relief YET. The Achilles stretching exercises are a work-in-process. It appears that this is not a sprint but a marathon rehab.
Dr Vander Poel explained what I can expect when my toenail needs to come off. I feel much better about it now.
Always a pleasant staff. I think my doctor is very easy to talk to and I feel that he's a very competent doctor.
