They got me an appointment the day I called. Don't even think I had to wait 5 minutes to be brought in the room. Dr. Johnson was friendly, courteous and professional. Showed me my x-ray and explained everything.
The staff is wonderful. Dr. Vander Poel made me feel at ease when she fixed my infected ingrown toenail. She did a great job. My home instructions were great too. My toe healed well. I highly recommend Dr. Vander Poel and the PodiatryCare, P.C. and the Heel Pain Center.
I felt safe during this pandemic time. I love that my Dr takes the time to show me things and provide full, easy to understand explanations for the d's and treatments. Even issues that were not the reason for my visit.
