Verified Renter If you love walls that peel paint thats 3-4 years old under it, and old lamanet thats cracked and gross? Floors that are cracked and old? This is your place. Unless you pay 1700 base rate for a one bedroom remodeled thats what youll be getting. So you decide
horrible lived here for almost 3 years and this place is crawling with roaches and they are in the middle of renovating EVERYTHING. at one point there was no where to do laundry... and there still isn't. ever since they changed the management, rent only keeps getting higher and the atmosphere just seems so off. not to mention theres always homeless people digging through the trash. i hate it here. ):
The Villages of Bonita Glen Good location, convenient to work and shops, restaraunts etc...Wish rent was lower considering the size of apartment. Other than that, it'll do for now until i move back to Texas.
