Loved it here! I lived here for 2.5 years right after i got out of college. I LOVED my townhome. They continue to update everything. I got a new patio/fence, AC, furnace and new windows in the time i lived there. I never heard my neighbors and i only needed Maintenance once or twice and they are out within a day or two. Lots of space and i loved my patio. Also great green space for my dog! I bought myself out of my lease due to moving out of state for work, but they were super helpful with the process and very fair! This Place Is Amazing! I too was a bit hesitant because of reviews, but after living here for past year, I can honestly say this place is home to me. Maintenance is really fast and nice. Management is very professional and willing to help all the time. Neighbors are great aside, from one neighbor. Management is really good about addressing noise issues. So far no issues. I would gladly renew my lease. The apartments are beautiful and spacious as well.
Great apartment After reading some of the reviews I wanted to write about my experience. I have lived here for 5 years and have had little to no issues. The apartments are a great size for the money (I live in the 1300 sq ft town home with a finished basement). They are a little older but the complex is doing a lot up updates on the property. First glance I did not sign a lease here however I did stop in. Unfortunately, I pictured the apartments larger it did not fit the size I needed. They have a lot of amenities which is great and for the amount of bedrooms.You can't beat their prices. I may have signed a lease but the appliances were so outdated walking into one to take a look at I knew I would have to call maintenance more often than i'd like.
