Works like a charm! I went 4 (very long) years without buying a pool cleaner because I thought I could take care of things on my own. For the most part I was right, but I could never get things totally clean even though I spent 20-30 minutes a day outside with the net picking up leaves and debris. Cleaning like a charm Our old Polaris finally died after 24 years and this one is just as good as it predecessor.
my meter isn't running off the wall and really gets the pool super clean. Just the turn of the handle (optional) ... I had the old Polaris for over 15 years (with the separate motor) and between the filter and the Polaris motor my electric bills during the summer were sky high. Now with the new 360 model, without the motor, I can leave the Polaris cleaner on all day with the filter on by just using one of the return jets. No motor just the power of water. New Polaris 360 is amazing Replacing a 15yr old Pokaris 360 - WOW... night & day. Poor old P1 couldn't do it anymore, plus est to replace belt & tail were $196. Splurged & got P2.... amazing how fast it cleaned. Very happy!
Great product, and works well. Be sure to block off other returns when using though Works very well, but I didn't see a very important piece of advice in many of the reviews. It's important to block off the further return from your filter and pump when using this so enough pressure gets to the cleaner. If not, a lot of the water will just bypass the cleaner and go to the other jets. It's a simple step, but extremely important.
