They stood by their product. I purchased one of these and it has been nothing but trouble. It stopped working before the warranty was up. They replaced the power box (cheap solution for them), which made it work for a while, but then it again stopped working (after the warranty was up). I called, giving them the benefit of the doubt and offering them the chance to make it right, but they simply told me the warranty was up and there was nothing they would do for me. AMAZING! First of all, there are a few negative reviews, after reading them, I realize that they most likely are not using the unit correctly. This unit is great, I use it every 2 or 3 days, it climbs the walls, does the tile, picks up all but the biggest of palm leaves and leaves my pool sparkling. The unit does have a 7 day programmable timer, this is junk, it might work, but you need to remove the unit every day after it cleans your pool. Glad I bought it! I bought this cleaner three weeks ago. I was skeptical at first, however I couldn't keep up with my pool so I decided to gamble.....and I am very glad I did. Now I just drop this thing into the pool, hit a button and 2.5 hours later, the pool is clean of all dirt debris! My neighbor's tree hangs over my 20' x 40' pool which also attracts a ton of rollie pollies and this machine picks it all up. Seems to get the job done I've now been using the Polaris 9350 for a few weeks. We bought it from a local pool store to replace an old, "whip tail" model Polaris that would just get stuck in the corners of my small, irregularly shaped pool. Overall, I'm still glad we bought it as it does a much better job than the old unit. Can't say that I'm convinced it was worth what we paid for it though. Pros..... - It doesn't get stuck in corners. Love everything about our new robot(my kids have named him ... Love everything about our new robot(my kids have named him Walle). The only problem I have with Walle, is when he climbs steeps walls(by our slide) he flips over like a turtle and shuts off.....very annoying!!! I need to figure out how to keep him away from this small area of our pool.

Does great work I'll update once we've used for a longer duration, but we've had great success with the 9350 for the last 2 weeks that I've had it.
Powerful, Fast & Good Time Saver The order was processed quickly and arrived on time with no issues. This robot can do some crazy cleaning stuff our old one could not. We have had it about 10 days (in the pool), it does a great job with random moves across the floor, walls and waterline. Because our pool is not square, there are some areas the robot has missed.
