I would really like to talk to someone about my experience with using this product. I am concerned about number of seconds for the indicator to turn 10 rotations and the flow from the filter pump. I do not know much about keeping the pool clean but I want a clean pool. The flow pump is not turned all the way on because the man that takes care of my pool says that the way it is now the cleaner is cleaning the bottom of the pool and yet the top of the pool is being cleaned and if we made the cleaner go faster it would clean... read more

Hi Barb, Thank you for reaching out with your questions. You should specifically look for the wheels to take between 20-25 seconds to spin 10 times. If they are under that time frame, then there is too much suction. If it takes longer, then there isn't enough suction to the cleaner.
