Works well but expensive compared to other options. These are designed by the same company that makes the equipment used in my pool, so not surprisingly they work well with that equipment. The only complaint I have is that a simple nylon mesh bag on a plastic ring has a retail price of over $40 (it can be purchased for about $25 on Amazon). I have found an alternative manufacturer that makes bags very similar, that fit and function just as well for less than half the cost.
So far so good So far so good. Got this as a replacement since my other got a hole in it. It has done its job. It's a little difficult to clean the leaves and trash out but does a great job of catching sand as well. Usually, you would have to buy a sand filter.
