Good price at Amazon Good price at Amazon. Very good catch bag. Picks up leafs and small debris, even sand. I leave it in the pool except when we're swimming and this bag last about 2 years with a lot of use.
Four Stars very good replacement part at a good price
GREAT sand & dirt catcher, if you need that Great for FINE cleaning. We have dogs and sandy soil, so yes, lots of sand in the pool. Regular bag replacements don't hold the sand, dirt, and silt. These definitely do! Because it's a much finer mesh, they don't last as long with everyday use BUT for me it's worth it. I remove nearly a handful clump of dirt & sand almost everyday. Smaller than standard bags that come with the sweeper. Definitely filters out the sand and silt but 3 leaves and the bag is full. Okay, I'm exaggerating. I must not have read the fine print. Significantly smaller than the bags that come with the Polaris sweeper.
A must have for polaris cleaner owners I definitely do not regret this purchase. I have fine dirt and sand that settles in the pool after 24-48 hours and this bag does not let anything through it. it picks up debris from large leaves down to fine silt. Even if the pool looks clean I run this and it is amazing how much it picks up
Great price for origional equipment manufacturer Origional equipment product for half the price of local pool stores. I'm all for the brick and motar pool stores but since I can get it for half price I need to keep as much in my pocket with this economy.
While the stock bag is great for leaf and large debris I use this with a Polaris 280 pressure side cleaner with booster pump. While the stock bag is great for leaf and large debris, the stock bag does miss silt and sand. This bad is significantly smaller than the bad included with the Polaris (less than 1/2 the size) so I only use it when the pool is clear of large debris and it does a fantastic job of picking up the sand, silt, and dirt which blows in or comes with rain. 4 stars because the bad is fragile. OEM QUALITY. Expensive but flat out WORKS and lasts if cleaned out when full. Expensive, but OEM quality which should last 2 maybe South West seasons if you clean them out regularly. I have a sandstone waterfall that sheds off lots of sediment so I need the Sand/Silt bag. I forgot to check the order, but spend the xtra few bucks and get the zippered bag because although this one works the velcro strip traps alot of sand/dirt.
