This is a good cleaner. It is busy right now cleaning areas my previous vacs have missed . It is priced fairly and setup was easy.. I've used at least 8 vacs over the years and this is a favorite on my list.

Business response:

Thank you for your wonderful review, Philip! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Enjoy your clean pool! Your Polaris Team

Easy to set up. Hard to find how to apply for rebate.

Nice design, unfortunately the standard, non-twist hose connections are too small, stiff & short and will not stay connected to the standard inlet. I asked other owners and they ALL said they have the same problem. VERY aggravating!!!

Business response:

We are sorry you're having a frustrating time with your hose, Jon. Please call our support team at (800) 822-7933 if you need help troubleshooting. All the best, Your Polaris Team

So far this cleaner has done a great job. The suction to the wall and even near the light have been impressive!
