Wow! This is the only way to clean my pool. The Polaris P70 is a life saver. It really does a fantastic job on cleaning the pool and the debris goes into the top dnd you can see it through the see through top. When filter canister is full take out of the pool, unlatch canister, shake and rinse, return to pool. It has 40 ft of cable so it cleans my 24 ft pool no problem. It never lost suction. Lighter than my Dolphin This does the job. I do have an older Dolphin and wanted to compare. They both work great, but this one is a lot lighter. It is easy to remove the basket and clean it and put it back. It has a lot of suction to get things off the floor. It is a little pricey, but it will make cleaning your pool a breeze. It will save you a lot of time. Just put it in and it goes to work. This is a must if you have a pool.
Not for in ground pools Doesn’t work on in ground pools and clean/ climb walls. I gave it one last shot and it would continuously flip around every time it reaches the deeper side of the pool which is no deeper than 8 ft.
Afraid of the deep end and likes to hang out on the stairs Man... I really wanted to like this little guy, but I just can't. He's terrified of the deep end of the pool and refuses to go there on his own. Polaris pool vacuum Not as good as dolphin vacuum
Does not work Ran it for a total of 8 hrs and pool is still dirty. I cleaned out the filter multiple times each hr of running.
Would not buy again, no local service for Amazon purchased robot If the product NEVER needs to be serviced then it is a 4.5 star; but of what value is a product that can't be serviced locally? My product is within warranty, but there is no local service for P70's faulty drive system. The uneven transfer of power to the free side and or faulty sensor means that the robot can't properly clean the entire pool.
