Tighten all factory pump bolts before running... Got the pool place to install and one of the bottom pump bolts came installed loose from the factory, after turning it on it on and water pressure destroyed the pump gasket. Other than that seems to be running well and it did come with all the parts for install.

Five Stars Incredibly easy to install and replace. With the proper hardware, this is a 30-45 min job easily.
Easy install and quiet! First I hope this lasts longer than the original Jandy pump. This one is almost silent compared to the old one. I took a picture of the old wiring and compared to new pump and wiring set up was the same. The hardest part of the job was pulling the wires out of old pump and getting them back into the new pump. Pump fit well and has a better flow that the one that originally came with the ... Pump fit well and has a better flow that the one that originally came with the pool. So far after several months -- no issues.
