The cleaner cleans well when the hose doesn’t get tangled. Have to detangle at least 2 x a day.

We have a few suggestions to try: 1) Remeasure the hose to verify that it is adjusted to the proper length for the pool shape. 2) With the cleaner operating, check that the hose swivels and the hose connections turn freely. 3) Ensure the hose is floating and the hose floats are positioned properly. Nothing cleans a pool better than a Quattro. Fine particles are hard on the gears and bearings so consequently I have 2 units so that I can cycle maintenance as necessary. Hose tangling has been the biggest weak point of the system and I am proud to announce I HAVE 100% SOLVED THE PROBLEM !!! If anyone from Jandy/Polaris/Fluidra is interested in my solution....feel free to contact me
