Its a great cleaner, but the price on these things always ... Its a great cleaner, but the price on these things always kill me - the reason for 3 stars. Especially because they have a half life of maybe 2 years. But if you have a bigger pool, it works great and you just got to bite $ it.
Five Stars Works great. Replaced 10 year old Polaris that was worn out with a hose that always kinked.

this new one has done great! I bought the Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 to replace my old one. I never had any issues with my old one and so far, this new one has done great!

Polaris is quality This is the second one that I've owned, and the first one lasted 20 years. I know things don't last as long as they use to, but Polaris has always been high quality, and l would not change it for anything. Top rated in my book.

He is a little reliable sucker!!! This is our automatic pool boy, well that how my wife it called, it does a super job in cleaning the pool, I was very skeptic, but finished being amazed, four year planning to buy it, I should had bought the sucker, yup the sucker, that's what he is, a long time ago!!!
