Don't recommend the service department I don't recommend taking your vehicle for any type of repair. They've had one of our ambulance since February and nothing but excuses as to why it's not being repaired. We need this ambulance to better serve our community and they know that. What kind of company does that? Since they're an approved vendor for our company we are stuck in a position that we can't control. It's pretty ridiculous. Service very poor I dropped my 2019 f150 off on a Monday afternoon 3/20/2023 needing some warranty work was told 3 to 5 days because only horn and seat belt was issue never heard anything all week from Dave in service even rented vehicle to get by so I called on Saturday 3/25/2023 no work was even performed or truck even looked at it my guess because warranty work let's not do it and warranty will expire do not take your vehicle here very unprofessional
Money pit My father purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in November of 2021 to be delivered to me in Chattanooga Tennessee. NIGHTMARE I purchased a vehicle from Pollard Friendly Ford in February of 2019 and in April there was a hail storm that cause damage to where this vehicle was considered a total loss from my insurance company. While dealing with this I spoke with the bank (Amarillo National Bank in Lubbock) and was informed that I would need to cancel my "extended warranty" which I knew nothing about and was not informed of at the time of purchasing this vehicle. Poor customer service and unclean service lounge My sister purchased a used Ford F150 from Pollard Friendly Ford with a cracked windshield. 11/05/2014 I took it back to Pollard Friendly Ford for the windshield replacement promised by her salesman Shy due to the windshield having a large crack at the time of purchase. When I asked the gentleman completing the repair why the F150 logo wasn't on the replacement windshield he stated, "This is the windshield they (Ford) always orders because it's $200.00 or so cheaper. Ignored by dealer Contacted them about a vehicle inquiry through this site. They never responded. Good thing maybe as they have a lot of one star rating on here. avoid.
Ignored by service consultants Needed the coolant in my air conditioner checked. Drove into service area at 2:30 Friday afternoon, waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged. During that time, 7 different employees walked into the service office. I know it was late in the day and at the weeks end, but I would have liked for someone to acknowledge my presence and offer service as soon as possible. Drove off and will not return.
Sucky Service I went to this dealership to have my car serviced for 60,000 miles and expected to pay the $459. When I returned to pick up my car and questioned them about paying I was told that it was covered by warrenty. I left and went home. Two days later I was called up by the GM Mike Edwards who had originally helped me and told that they were mistaken and I still needed to pay them the $459. He did not apologize for their mistake or offer to discount it. I will not be returning here.
Don't waste your time Horrible, pushy salesman, pushing any car that would fit into our budget at us instead of listening to what we wanted and helping us find the car we really wanted. I would NOT recommend Pollard Friendly (Ha) Ford to anyone.
