Two years ago, a car salesman asked for my name and my info to put in for a car insurance quote so he could get paid by you guys! I’ve had the same insurance carrier for 30 years you guys could not beat or even match with my insurance cost me But two years later I’m still getting emails. I’ve asked you numerous times to stop with the emails.
Unbelievable hold times or their phones will be off for a "meeting". You cannot reach an agent. This is a local phone number someone would be answering the phone and helping customers.
Didn't do a thing. Google was better.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! When I call for help I can never get someone on the phone. I cancelled my insurance to end on 12/31st and received a letter stating my policy was cancelled but they still took funds out of my checking for the following month. Highly advise to not do business w/this company. I was also told that they're having money issues so if something happens, good luck on getting paid out.
Several months ago some sales man ask if he could get me a quote for insurance and he would receive $10 if my memory serves me well. I’ve had numerous calls text and emails, if anyone wants a quote they know how to use Google!! No one likes someone that pushes so stop pushing people and have some respect

Beware you have everything crystal clear before contacting them, otherwise you may end up regretting it. Not a customer but only a business oriented company, they won't help you if you made a mistake with your decision or have a little misunderstanding.
