Our experienced staff separate dogs by size and personality to ensure everyone has a great time. And we love giving pups treats and pets. For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

My dog stayed for day care for 1 day and she seemed to be fine when I picked her up, so we’ll go back when I need boarding in the future.

My dog Zeke had a great grooming and a great play session at the Pooch Hotel in Norwalk!

Loved being able to watch on the web cam, getting an email that was true to my dog not generic and that some of her bad habits from home ended like getting up in the middle of the night.

The staff at Pooch Hotel are great! They treat your dog as if they were their own. They're always flexible with drop off and pick up times. My dog always returns home happy and tired after a day at Pooch Hotel and cannot wait to go back. Would absolutely recommend their services!
