It is now time for my 5th review and one can write unendingly about things dear and precious. My medium size dog loves going to the Pooch Norwalk. Always eager to see his doggie buddies and the staff - who are very friendly and interactive with him. I would recommend the Pooch Norwalk.
Ollie (my Labrador retriever) and I have been huge fans of Pooch Hotel Norwalk for a couple of years and we've never been disappointed with the awesome service we receive from the exceptional staff. We're always met with a warm greeting regardless of the time...and I do tend to pick up Ollie when it's quite late in the day! I can honestly say, I'd be lost without Pooch Hotel Norwalk!
We boarded our Yorkie, Lola, for a week-long stay. This was her longest time away from home, which tends to make her anxious, but the Pooch Hotel staff did a great job of keeping her happy. Our dog is usually scared of being around other dogs but the staff helped to accommodate her and make her comfortable. We also love the pupdates they emailed regularly about what our dog was up to with cute photos!
Staff is always friendly and great to watch my rottie play on their webcams. She seems to always come home happy and exhausted from play.
