For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Pooch in our backyard. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog(s) and when we lost our 12-year old Rufus a few months ago, they rallied around us like family. The management team, especially Stephanie, Johnny, and Laura are exemplary in providing first class customer service.

Staff took good care of our two labradors and listened to some concerns regarding play time with the older dog and made appropriate modifications

Excellent experience...only disappointing thing is that there is not a groomer or a trainer on staff at this time. Dog was happy and camera cam was so fun for the family to check in on her during the week we were on vacation! Our dog will certainly be back!

Melo is always happy to arrive at Pooch Hotel. He is active there and sleeps well after day care! The caretakers know him and he loves to go with them. I feel safe taking him there.

This is Prince (my shepherd's) second home. He loves Pooc hotel and the staff is friendly and loving. I love watching him on the live cameras when I an traveling and seeing him so happy and playing with his friends! The grooming is also good.

My dogs really enjoy going to the pooch. They are treated with love and kindness by the staff, and always have fun with the other dogs. It's important to me that my dogs are looked after by people who care. The staff at the pooch in Norwalk are simply the best people.
