Shelby Keefe was very kind and helpful. We had to board our dog at the last minute and she made the experience a good one. Great staff!

First time for my pup doing the overnight boarding and he seemed to absolutely love it. The staff was very friendly as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Staff is super friendly to the customers and the dogs. theyre very accommodating to customers busy schedules and take great care of the dogs.

Pooch Hotel exceeded our expectations for our puppy. We were in the middle of a long trip from Florida to Boston before going home to Pittsburgh and Pooch Hotel was to be our baby's home for a few days while we were in Newton because there simply wasn't room for a 100 pound Great Dane puppy where we were staying. From the moment we made contact a month before, they were so accommodating as far as obtaining records and understanding our travel plans were somewhat in flux.
