I was more nervous than my Greyhound rescue - it was her first time boarding, she is a wonderful dog but anxious of new surroundings and other dogs. The PH Team could not have demonstrated better care and concern and she had a wonderful time. The CH Team truly care about your dogs temperament and treat all with such great affection! Ziggy will be a repeat visitor at the hotel and as her owner I have no fears at all!!

Daycare is great so the pup comes home exhausted. More importantly, I can go away and know she is cared for and I don’t have to worry. Everyone is so nice!

Pooch Hotel has been amazing! I have a 2 year mini Goldendoodle who just broke his leg😢. I needed to find a daycare that would keep my little guy safe. Pooch Hotel has been perfect for that. My little guy was put in a room that allowed me to monitor him through-out the day. The team spends some great quality one on one time planning with my little guy. We had to bring our pups with us on vacation to Boston, last minute. Pooch Hotel was very accommodating in getting us set up, responsive when we called for updates, and our dogs seemed happy and well taken care of when we picked them up!
