Great care with check in, instructions, and then letting me know how our pupās day was upon pick up. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly.Ā

Obi enjoyed his time at the Pooch Hotel - he had lots of group play time! I was happy being able to check on him with the webcams while he was there! Very satisfied with the staff I spoke with while there. Would recommend/stay again!Ā

My dog was happy. Wish they had three scheduled times during day. I couldn't get there until 11 am. Downtime is 11-1 pm. So he had only 2 hours play but at least he had some play. Wish all these places had lots of grassy areas. This is the biggest obstacle I have found in every daycare place in Boston.Ā
It was very easy to make an appointment. Manager greeted us and assisted with all information related to my dog stay. There is no extra charge to drop off before noon. There is only one thing-I could not see actual dogs room due to COVID. I will use this place again in the future.Ā
always professional. itās marvelous that everyone there loves Bongo.Ā
