Pooch Hotel exceeded our expectations for our puppy. We were in the middle of a long trip from Florida to Boston before going home to Pittsburgh and Pooch Hotel was to be our baby's home for a few days while we were in Newton because there simply wasn't room for a 100 pound Great Dane puppy where we were staying. In room camera made all the difference for me being an anxious fur baby mom! My pup is never away from home and she can be difficult... the pooch hotel staff was fantastic and made Lola feel right at home.

The Pooch Hotel provides concierge service to our beloved dog. The last time she stayed there, she got an upset stomach. The Pooch Hotel kept us well-informed, coordinate with our vet, and took her out of group play to give her individual attention and monitor her condition. It is always hard to be away from a sick pet, but the Pooch Hotel made us feel like our dog was in excellent hands.
My puppy was happy and well cared for. We'll be back!

Jessie, is a 7 yr. old female collie, who has only boarded one other time, at another kennel, and that was a disastrous experience for Jessie and us. The atmosphere at Pooch Newton Hotel is a really positive one and everyone that you meet at the front desk is really human & dog friendly. Jessie was clean when I picked her up and I was also happy that she was able to try group play. Jessie has been an only Dog for a little over a year and has never had to interact with other dogs.
