Staff that I met were very friendly helpful.
Our little Mia loves it here! The staff are friendly. I wish I could see where she sleeps / stays during the day, but otherwise the facility seems clean where they play. Our pup comes home very fulfilled and sleepy. :)
Juno was a little nervous at the beginning (separation anxiety) but he is now very comfortable with your facility and he seems very excited to see your staff in the morning. I know he is always in good loving hands!!! Thank you!!
I’ve had my dog, Sadie, stay at the Pooch Hotel a few times. I’m always nervous about leaving her anywhere because she not an easy dog to take care of. She’s scared of everything so she often growls at men and dogs. I’ve used in home services before and always feel like I’m inconveniencing people. I feel SO confident leaving her at the Pooch Hotel. We-my doggie, my husband and I- love pooch hotel. They are thoughtful, engaged in the safety of the dogs, helpful with getting our needs met with the dogs, and provide a workout for the dogs, and they are loving towards the dogs. Great place!

The Pooch Hotel is wonderful!! The staff is so good with the fur guests. My senior pup, Beasley, loves going there for his overnight stays. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pup.
