Rude rude rude receptionist ! I went in to get forms to fill out . I won’t be back .

Dear Marla, I am very sorry that our receptionist came off rude this morning enforcing our policy of all dogs must be on leash. Being open for grooming and boarding we don’t always have dog friendly dogs coming and going. It’s truly for the safety of everyone involved. Again I am truly for the interaction this morning. No Yard, Turf, or Grass. False Advertising. The website advertises secure outdoor play yards with multiple pictures of a large turf or grass yard. These pictures are not of their facility. The outdoor area is a small fenced concrete area that does not resemble anything seen on their website. They do not allow tours, as they said the dogs do not like it. I contacted them when my puppy was diagnosed with kennel cough and I've never heard anything back. I tried sending a message through Facebook and still haven't heard anything back. I do realize this is contagious and easily spread but the number of dogs over the course of the last couple months who've been infected is astronomical. The vet who saw my puppy has seen a huge number of dogs who went to Pooches recently in Tulsa have been infected.
