The staff is helpful; therefore, although the infrastructure is poor, at least the staff is willing to help. Best value for Location I have been living at this location for about 2 years now since 2013. I was a student with limited resources yet wanted the best location for my money and I was brought here by a special incentive program. The apartments are well kept. The office staff is cordial and the cleaning and groundskeeping staff are all nice. It has plenty of parking both in the lot and off street.
