I thoroughly enjoy eating here! The staff is very hard working and quick about getting orders out on a timely matter. Manager Brenda keeps things going fluidly and they communicate between each other to keep things going when it gets busy. It was ok. Nothing special but good for a quick snack and had a good selection of breakfast pastries. The only issue was that the cashier and other girl got really stressed out when we ordered 3 hot sandwiches and the girl Making them said "oh my God those are all hot sandwiches ! This will be a while" so we just opted for the donuts.
Very expensive for what you get the coffee was so so actually not very good. The cakes were not very fresh and kind of hard and tasted BLAH.
Fast, convenient, fresh. Coffees are great, albeit a little expensive compared to Starbucks, but quality was just as good.
Went here for the eclairs and they were Amazing! Service is and always has been great! Give them a try if in Laughlin.
the service is really bad there they i handed them my ceasars reward card and they lied by telling me that if i took my change then they could not give my any reward points. so if i took the rewards point they would take my money. then after laughed about it like it was funny. don't do business with these people they are crooks
A good value, as far as hotel food is concerned... we bought an early dinner there on Thanksgiving Day (we don't follow the typical routines). The bagels for the sandwiches were tasty...appropriately dense, chewy, and soft. All the vegetables were cool and crisp, and the staff was attentive. The desserts...OMG. We got the chocolate cake, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie...the best I've ever had.
Poolside has some of the best bagels in Laughlin for a really great price. I always pick up a dozen when I am visiting!
