Absolutely atrocious service. They flooded my garage. No apologies. One issue in a raft of terrible ongoing service. Would not recommend.
Pool has been unuseable for more than 3 weeks despite supposedly being on a regular fortnightly maintenance plan and requests to come and fix. Not the first time we have had problems. Very unhappy with service.
I have been using Always Clear Pools N Spas for many years and I have never had an issue with them before . The receptionist Jo is wonderful and all their servicing staff are extremely friendly and polite . However after the last experience when all I wanted was some accountability to a service (1) changing the filter valve after which the filter was leaking even more and 2) to clarify why they had not given me a quote for what was conveyed to me was that it was a check in to see after the servicing to see if the pool was ... read more
Bought a filter housing off these guys...... it leaked, took 3 replacements before it was fixed but in the mean time it ran my pool too low which allowed my pump to run dry. So 1 stuffed pump and all they could say was have a nice day.
