I’d like to report your worker Russell Balko. He is a General Laborer for your company. He has recently made some very discriminatory statements against a group of people. Discrimination is against employee policy and he ha committed such action.
I paid for the Poore’s to come to my house to connect a new water heater. They discovered that my house had two gas meters. No one knew why. They disconnected the second gas meter threw it on the driveway and left gas pipes dangling from the side of my house. I only discovered, upon returning home after they did the work, that neither of my gas fireplaces are operational any longer.

Driver blatantly lied about the services they perform. Had a propane delivery yesterday and tech said that he shut my tank because they had to do a leak test due to the gas being low and I needed to have a tech out to perform it. I paid $139 to Frances at the Dover office to have it done for the next day. I was in tears because money is hard for some folks. Ran out of propane early Saturday morning and our ONLY option is to get filled by Poores because they own our tank, they REFUSE to deliver until Monday...because we are “at-will” customers and not on automatic refill. I can’t believe a company would refuse a PAYING CUSTOMER service simply because of the “type” of account they have. We always pay up front for our deliveries and it is 30 degrees outside! I’m appalled by their lack of customer service.
