Jim is an outstanding technician. He has serviced our heater for many years and has been quick to come if a problem arises. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Technician Jim S. came to do a routine cleaning of our furnace at our beach house and discovered that our AC was not functioning properly. He repaired it quickly and efficiently and saved us from having a very uncomfortable weekend due to the excessive heat and humidity. He was a most pleasant gentleman to work with and very friendly and polite.
Contacted PooresPropane for maintenance of boiler. Appointment was provided and service tech arrived exactly as scheduled. Price transparency from beginning to end. No add on cost or unnecessary work. One gauge which I thought needed to be replaced did not need to be replaced! Joe E. service tech explained work done, showed photos of areas cleaned, and provided paperwork with explanation. Brief, professional, and efficient.
Great, friendly service. My service tech, Jim Smith, was on time, neat and very helpful answering my questions. This is the second year in a row that Jim serviced my HVAC unit. I definitely will ask for him next year.
Great service, every visit has been managed very professional. We were thrilled to meet the technician today Jim Smith, he was already familiar with our property we just purchased which made it a good call. Serviced our fireplace that had not been used in years and maintenanced our AC/Heating units. Would highly recommend utilizing this company!!
Frank arrived on time and went right to work on routine service for ac/heater. He indiccated that I needed a new filter for my system. I recently had shoulder surgery and cannot drive at this time. He went to local Ace hardware and came back with 3 filters. He installed a new one right away. He was very professional and I appreciated the extra service he provided.
Jim Smith serviced our fireplace this morning. I could not have asked for a more pleasant person to deal with. Explained what he thought it was and what he had to do to correct the issue. He was on time, which is very rare these days so I thank him for scheduling his time accurately.
