My most recent interaction was with Susan and she was A+! She was friendly and didn’t mind that I didn’t have my account number when I called-she simply looked me up! Friendliness goes such a long way when we decide who we are giving our business to-which is why we have been with them for so long!

Recommendedvery friendly staff . I misplaced a bill and completely forgot about it and instead of being rude like most companies they were very sweet and understanding when they called and I was able to immediately pay it over the phone.

RecommendedJust after Christmas, Poore's hooked up a new gas cook stove for us and installed the gas line and tank. They were very helpful in the process and making it a very smooth process for us. Everyone we talked to were very friendly and helpful during this process. The service guy they sent out was very polite and knowledgeable and thorough in what he was doing. He checked everything out before he left our house. We are very happy we chose Poore's as our Propane company. Thank you so much Poore's.
