As a new customer from NY to DE, we needed to understand how we would receive our propane. 1). Someone actually answered the phone! Susan couldn't have been any more helpful. Not only did a technician come out and review our unground surroundings, but he educated us on what to expect with levels of the tank itself. We needed propane and with one quick call, we were set up same day to get propane so we did not have any inconvenience. Poore's Propane has always provided us with amazing customer service. They are very easy to get ahold of and always friendly. Anytime I need to refill my tank they respond almost immediately and are out within a day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services.

I've bee a Poore's customer since around 1997. There has been a couple of little inconvenient "hick-ups" when delivery was not on time (no bad for 20 years). But once I called, a delivery was sent out that same day/night. Their Customer Service is outstanding as well as knowledgeable. Also, their Budget Payment helps with me budgeting my monthly finances. Job Well Done!!
