John and Ed were great. They advised us on the right type of rug to meet our needs, came to the house to measure, and the rug was ready even before the promised date! Excellent customer service, and we love the rug. The delivery guys were great too and went the extra mile. I've used them twice now and will do so again. Definitely recommend.

John has done such a great job of carrying the fine name of Port Chester Rug, his parents would be so proud of him. Not only are Ed and John so nice to work with, they were also extremely helpful with making our selection. The installation was perfect. We love our new carpet and definitely plan on using Portchester Rug for our next project.
