Brian is an excellent technician. He makes extra efforts to insure a quality finished product. also provides step by step training to the customer inoperating the equipment.
We had a great ecperience with Brian. Very helpful and got the problem fixed immediately. Was on time and gave valuqble tips on keeping the generator well maintained and charrged. He comes highly recommended.
Brian was very pleasant, courteous and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave my husband tips for maintaining the portable generator. He tuned up the generator, changed the oil, air filter and spark plug. He also changed the dry-rotted wheels(for an extra charge, fueled it, then started it up and made sure it was working properly. Very good communication, punctual, Courteous, price was exactly as quoted. The best part was that Brian taught me how to operate and set up the generator to power our house. He didn't just tell me and show me, he had me do it all too.
Brian is very professional, clean and neat and more importantly knowledgeable. What a find-simply the best. Myself and two other neighbors used him today for tune ups and will be using him again going forward.
