Portable generator services was, thankfully, not like any of the other businesses down here that we have contacted. We were. introduced to our technician, Brian Who called when he was on the way. he explained all of the details in regards to our generator. I called many companies to service my generator. Every company did not want to service my generator and all wanted to sell me a new generator, except Portable Generator Services. A few lawnmower repair companies wanted me to bring in the generator, it's too big to haul. After calling and calling and calling, no companies wanted to work on my portable generator... I finally found this company and let me just say, the 44+ other reviews stating how professional and nice ***** is, was completely spot on and accurate. I sat with ***** the whole time he was here at my house and we talked about anything and everything, he taught me so much about my generator.
