TRASH!!!!! scammed me right out of $1100....took my car in for a diagnosis on the 8th of February couldn't even tell me the problem but charged me for a problem that didn't come up on the diagnosis.....got it back on the 28th of February only for the check engine light to come right back on 4 days later...took it back in on the 4th of March the mechanic left me waiting for an hour clueless as to what's going on only for the receptionist to call me up to the desk and say they were giving me a loaner. Been coming here for years!! I have never seen it this bad. The bathroom was gross, Express Service took over 2 hours for oil change, half the people are gone and they raised the prices🤡

Do Not go here. I brought my car here for engine light, I told them it was the Evap canister. They told me it was 3 other problems and never changed the canister. After charging me 1600, they still did Not fix the problem. The service engine light came back on 5 mins after picking up my car. Then on top of that I also paid for a full diagnostic for me to go get tires the next day and Firestone said I still need tire rods. The service center didn’t even really look at the car apparently.

Waiting way too long for a simple oil change which they call Express Service. It far from that. I’m still waiting and it’s been 3 hours already. The place is not busy at all. Maybe they do not have technicians that know what they are doing. Losing confidence in their abilities. This will be the last time I use them.

Just called (3/8) to schedule a servicing for an open recall, and the first availability was 3/18. This place has gone downhill since coming under new ownership.
