The service was amazing....from the hostess to the serving staff! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars on food and overall, was due to the new limited menu. I have a gluten allergy and several of my 'favorites' are no longer available. The only items that are GF would be the lobster tail and all the steaks. No GF chicken, veal, etc. Don't misunderstand me....the food was delicious....but I had to order an appetizer and a veggie since there wasn't much for me to choose from. The meat didn't have much flavor for the price. Menu mostly focused on steak and veal, should be a few more options besides 1 chicken option. The waitress was amazing!
The waitress was outstanding and very helpful! The food was good but not quite the same as before Covid
Broccolini was a little cold and the hostess could be friendlier but overall great fun, great place

We have been to Portico a couple times previously. We enjoy the originality of the food on the menu, and the always outstanding service. I did notice the use of MSG in the food my wife and I selected. I do not understand why MSG is needed in such a fine restaurant. We still plan on dining at Portico again in the future.
The design of the restaurant is beautiful and our service was pretty good not great by any means. The waitress served us water which was pretty much room temperature which was a little surprising. My wife and I started with the Calamari which as excellent, some of the best I’ve ever had! The problem was the main course, we both got the Filet Mignon, my wife the 5 oz. and I had the 10 oz. both medium rare.
