It was our anniversary. They gave us a back corner on the back side of the restaurant it was very cold to the point where we almost asked to change seats. The scallops were called Jumbo scallops but were your everyday store bought scallops. I know this because I had Jumbo scallops the day before at the Amsterdam Castle Restaurant. Great service, accommodating for food allergies.
My husband and I chose Portico for our anniversary dinner. Food was delicious. But only seen waitress once. Dinner for 2 with 2 drinks was $180. I rounded up the total to $200 leaving an almost $20 tip even with poor service but was charged $240 on my credit card. That's $40 over what I authorized.
Our waiter Joshua was very good and courteous. food was ample and good. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Absolutely delicious. French onion was perfect and Cesar salad delish. I had prime rib that was outstanding and my husband had pasta and meatballs, so good. Desserts were delicious also. Very pleasant staff, prompt service...will visit again, maybe Fabio will be there!!!
I would definitely return and bring friends. Excellent food and service.
Food was fantastic! The octopus was some of the best we have ever had.
