I have been going to Dr. Kirk for many years now and she is a wonderful person and a very talented doctor. I have always been treated with great respect and received the best service I could have expected, that is why I still go to her after year after year. I was there recently and the staff she has now are far better than the people that used to work there in the past. Wow... I read these reviews & the first thing that comes to mind is WHAT are you talking about. I had my Tummy Tuck and Implants done with POSH, Dr. Kirk & staff (Including Mr. McLane) they all where wonderful. I run my own business and I see these type of people in my store all the time. I will admit, I am smart enough to see through words such as these; have you ever heard the saying, "you can't satisfy everyone"? I just read Mary's posting and I agree... These ladies below must be from a competitive office or something... They are so viscous, you know what they say about the internet, you can unjustly tear someone down for nothing at all. We see it with our kids, ex-partners, employers, etc. I have had a heck of a time with my young innocent daughter and other kids saying hurtful, untrue things about her on the internet, its horrible... My appointment was at 8:00 am. I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to fill out new patient paperwork. I entered at 7:50 am to complete my new patient paperwork. I finished at 8:05 am, I was put in an examination room and told to put a robe on and Dr. Kirk will be in soon. The "SOON" never came. I waited for 45 minutes and Dr. Kirk nor her staff checked on me or made me aware of what was going on. Dr. Kirk WAS in the office. Do not get the go tattless procedure! You will be left with a nasty keloid scar and infection ! !! This procedure needs to be outlawed. It's very painful and expensive. See my full review on yelp with pictures.
Bad, selfish, worst attitude.
I had two procedures done here, one on my face and one on my chest. Im very upset with how everythiong turned out. My chest is disfigured and i have a residual contact dermatitus due to their lack of concern and knowledge on the procedures they performed on me. Every time i went in for a check up it was the same answer even when my face was swollen, red and itchy. They said everything is fine you will love the results. Wrong, i am a walking mess. The staff cares about nothing but themselves. You will see if u make the mistake of going there. Please choose wisely. Just because she is cheap...does't mean she is good.
Found out recently that "Dr" McLane is not even a doctor. At all. He's never been to medical school. Had a consultation with another plastic surgeon for a 2nd opinion after my appt with Posh, and this doctor told me that Posh and Charlie McLane are basically the laughingstock of the plastic surgery community.
