Possible were on the ball from our first phone. Gary came out to the house within a couple of days of our first enquiry and gave quotes straight away. Photographs and home report were all arranged timeously and the whole process moved along very smoothly. Being organised and paying attention to detail meant that, most impressively, our house sold on the first day it was marketed. Definitely a stress free experience.

Very efficient initial contact - process explained fully. The property was on the market very quickly. The quality of the photographers and the video was excellent. Communication was done, on the whole, via WhatsApp. I would have preferred one to one telephone as “texting” takes longer, in my opinion, to clarify queries. The sale went through easily with no hitches between Possible and my solicitors.
