I did a lot of research on sheds before deciding to visit Post Woodworking personally. My initial dealings with PW were by email. Karen of the PW sales crew was always quick to reply to emails and thorough with all information requested. Their website was also user friendly and highly detailed. My visit to PW sealed the deal. The ordering process was very good with the staff being very responsive and accommodating. The crew that installed was also very polite and did quality work - the biggest issue is that because the install was performed in the pouring rain once the building was building was completed and sealed up over the next few days in the hot weather a significant amount of both black and orange mold grew on the interior walls. Customer service was very courteous and helpful. The shed was deliver on schedule and the team that constructed it did a great job. Overall experience was excellent.
The buying and scheduling experience was fine but the installers decided to cut a branch off of a neighbor's tree that was ever so slightly in their way without asking me. (They cut it right in the middle of the branch and not where it meets the tree.) Couldn't believe they did that. Some homeowners would go nuts over something like that.

The crew showed up at the given time, got the shed up efficiently without disrupting any of the surrounding grounds and left us a beautiful new shed. Professional and efficient every step of the way from office staff to building crew! Karen was a great help from start to finish and handled changes we made along the way with no problem. Our neighbor liked the quality of our new shed so much he contacted the office and purchased one as well. Highly recommend PostWoodworking!
