The whole process was so easy. Every employee we had to deal with was so pleasant and knowledgeable. The crew who did the install had the structure up and ready to use within a few hours. It was fun to watch it all come together and they left the area nice and clean. We would recommend Post Woodworking to anyone and have given their name to several people already.
Customer service was exceptional. There were last minute changes that we made to the size windows. Karen was very helpful and patient. The install crew was on time and worked with me as to the placement. They cleaned up the site when done.
